2.エントリー資格:
 1)以下の3項目の基本要求を満足すること。
  ·年齢满18歳以上(1998年以前生まれ),55歳以下(1961年以後生まれ);
  ·高海抜活動に不適合な疾病がなく、組織委員会が要求する健康診断照明を提出すること;
  ·2015-2016年に海抜3500m以上の登山あるいは高地ハイキング活動経験が2回以上あること。
 2)60km参加者は以下の3項目中、任意の1項目を満足すること。
  ·2015年の本大会に参加し42kmを11時間以内に完走していること;
  ·2015年に本大会60kmの参加資格を獲得していること;
  ·2015—2016年度に国内外のUTMBポイント対象トレイル大会に参加し、最大3レースにおいて合計10ポイント(旧6ポイント)以上を獲得していること。
 3)42km参加者は以下の4項目中、任意の1項目を満足すること。

  ・2015-2016年度に国内外のUTMBポイント対象トレイル大会に参加し、最大2レースにおいて合計3ポイント(旧2ポイント)以上を獲得していること;

  ·2014年または2015年の42kmの参加資格を有すること;
  ·2015年の本大会に参加し50kmを完走していること;
  ·2015年の本大会60kmの参加資格を有すること。
 4)上記のエントリー資格を満たさない場合で本人が同等以上のレース完走能力を有すると考える場合、レース組織委員会に最近2年以内の野外活動の経歴およびその他の関係レースの参加経歴を、完走賞あるいは成績等の資料をもって申請することができる。組織委員会は2稼働日いないに審査を行い結果を通知する。

審査委員会構成員:马德民、曹峻、赵紫玉、杨伟太、李敏
審査制度:投票制、審査委員会構成員の3名以上の同意をもって参加可能とする。

 
3.エントリー方法:
 1)エントリーの流れ

 (1)エントリー機関:2016年5月9日12時~2016年6月8日12時。

 (2)エントリー方法:公式ページにて登録(www.utms.com.cn)

 (3)審査通過後、3稼働日以内にオンライン支払を完了させること。

 2)エントリー費用

 (1)60km国内(香港マカオ台湾を含む)参加者:1080元人、外国人200USD;

 (2)42km国内(香港マカオ台湾を含む)参加者:880元、外国人150USD;

 (3)エントリー費用には以下を含む:
  ·レースサービス費
  ·レースパッケージ(レース服、ゼッケン、計時およびGPS設備使用料、選手手帳、エイド費用)

  ただし以下の費用は含まない:
  ·四姑娘山地区までの往復交通費
  ·レース期間の宿泊および飲食費用;
 (4)招待選手はエントリー費用免除。
 3)二次募集およびエントリー権譲渡

2016年6月9日9:00に定員に達しない場合、追加募集がおこなわれる。またエントリー権はいかなる場合も他人に譲渡できない。エントリーを辞退したものは2次募集に応募できない。

 

 4)払い戻し
 エントリー終了後、希望者には以下の払い戻しを行う。

 (1)2016年7月8日12:00前に払い戻し申請をした場合、全額返還;

 (2)2016年8月8日12:00前に払い戻しを申請した場合、50%変換;

 (3)2016年8月8日12:00以降は払い戻しを行わない。レース終了後、未参加者のレースパッケージを宅配便にて参加者に送付する。


4、参加者の身体的要求:

 ウルトラマラソンは高強度長距離の野外活動であり、危険度の高いスポーツであるため、参加者の身体状況への要求は高度であり、参加者は身体健康で長期にわたるマラソン訓練の基礎を有する必要がある。組織委員会は参加者に1年以内の2級甲以上の病院における体検証明(健康診断書)の提出による以下の疾病のないことの証明を求める。
1、先天性心臓病およびリューマチ性心臓病;
2、高血圧および脳血管疾病;
3、心筋炎およびその他の心臓病;
4、環状動脈病および重度の不整脈;
5、高血糖値あるいは低血糖となる糖尿病;
6、妊娠;
さらに、組織委員会はレース前に無料で身体検査を行い、医師による検査結果がレース参加に不適切と判断された場合、レースへの参加を見送らせることがある。

我确认参加“2016环四姑娘山超级越野跑Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang(UTMS)”将挑战个人的体力、耐力和心理素质,并具有潜在的死亡、重伤以及财产损失的风险。我在此明确承认将自行承担参加“2016环四姑娘山超级越野跑Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang(UTMS)”项目所可能存在的一切风险。我保证我的身体状况能够适应于该项运动,并为参加此活动进行了充分的训练,且没有专业医务人员建议我不可以参加此活动。我在此为我本人,我的执行人、管理人、继承人、直系亲属、受让人以及任何可能代表我提起赔偿请求或诉讼的人做出以下的承诺,并在此明确承认我是自愿做出这些承诺的:
(a) 我同意遵守“2016环四姑娘山超级越野跑Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang(UTMS)”的竞赛规则;
(b) 我同意在参赛事前检查赛道、设施、设备以及比赛的区域,如果我发现存在任何不安全因素的话,我将告知赛事组委会;
(c) 由于我参加此项赛事以及参加赛事的来回途中所发生的或相关引起的死亡、人身伤害、局部或永久性伤残、财产损坏、医疗或住院费用、任何形式的盗窃或财产损失包括经济损失和/或物品失窃等,我将放弃并免除以下人员及单位的一切赔偿责任及其他相关连带责任:时尚健康集团、男士健康、赛事组委会、赞助商、比赛总监、工作人员、赛事所有方、志愿者、赛事或部分赛事的举办国、城市或所在地、以及以上赛事的官员、董事、雇员、代表、志愿者、慈善机构以及代理人,如果该赔偿请求、损失或责任是由于这些人员或单位的疏忽或过失引起的,而且我还在此免除任何其他人员或单位的疏忽行为引起的责任;
(d) 我确认赛道上有交通状况,我将承担参加此赛事并在赛场上赛跑的所有风险。我还将承担与参加该赛事有关的一切其他风险,包括但不限于摔倒、与其他参赛人员发生接触和/或碰撞、天气引起的后果包括高温或潮湿天气、设备的缺陷、公路以及公路铁路交叉口的状况、水障碍、并发症以及观众或志愿者可能带来的其他危险,我对这些潜在的危险非常清楚和了解,且在此进一步确认,这些风险还包括由于以上(c)条中规定的人员和单位或其他人员或单位的疏忽或过失而引起的其他风险;

(g) 我授权在与我参加“2015环四姑娘山超级越野跑Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang(UTMS)”有关的情况下使用我的名字和照片/或类似事物,并在此放弃我可能因此而享有的赔偿;
(h) 我了解并接受我的参赛费用在任何情况下都是不退的。我了解并接受,如果由于不可抗力原因或极端天气条件造成活动被取消、推迟或更改,我将自行负担因参加此活动所产生的任何费用,包括但不限于:机票、住宿、用餐及地面交通等。

General Race Information
 
I. Race Description:
1. Race Events:
(A) 60-kilometer Ultra Trail Race (YMX Yaomei line)—capped at 50 athletes
(B) 42-kilometer Trail Marathon Race (DFX large peak line)—capped at 400 athletes
 
2. Race Location, Start/Finish Location, Time
(A) All runners must report to Mt. Siguniang Town (entrance town to the 4 Sisters) on either November 2nd (Wednesday) or 3rd (Thursday), 2016.
Official race start time:  2AM November 5, 2016 (60 km)
                  5AM November 5, 2016 (42 km)
(B) Location: China PRC, Sichuan Province, Aba Xiaojin County, Mt. Siguniang Town, Haizi Valley Scenic Area.
(C) Start/Finish Line: Mt. Siguniang Scenic Area Visitor Center (Chang Ping Gou Gate)
 
 
II. Eligibility:
 
 A. Qualifications:
 
1) All participants are required to meet the following three basic requirements:
· All participants must be at least 18 years of age (born before 1998) and younger than 55 years of age (born after 1961);
· Properly trained for and possess physical conditioning and health suitable for participating in all sports activities in high-altitude elevations. Each participant must provide the organizing committee with an official medical health certificate;
· During 2015--2016 each participant must have partaken in at least one high-altitude (above 3500 meters) adventure like mountaineering, hiking, trail-running or other such aerobic-based outdoor sports.
 
2) 60km participants also need to meet any one of the following three conditions:
· Competed in and successfully finished the 2015 Kailas Ultra Trail Mt. Siguniang 42km Race in less than 11 hours;  
· OR in 2015 obtained rights to and participated in the 60km UTMS race;
· OR in 2015-2016 in either international or China domestic trail races accumulated at least 10 (ten) points under UTMB’s new system or 6 (six) points in the old system obtained from a maximum of up to 3 (three) races.
 
3) 42km participants need to meet any one of the following four conditions:
· In 2015-2016 in either international or China domestic trail races accumulated at least 3 (three) points under UTMB’s new system or 2 (two) points in the old system obtained from a maximum of up to 2 (two) races.
· OR in 2014 or 2015 obtained Mt. Siguniang Ultra Trail Race 42 km Qualifications;
 ·OR obtained 2015 Mt. Siguniang Ultra Trail Race 50 km Relay Finisher’s Certificate;
· OR obtained 2015 Mt. Siguniang Ultra Trail Race 60 km qualifications.
 
 
4) Athlete Exemptions:
 If you do not meet the above conditions to register, but yet you still believe that you have the same ability to finish the race, please send to the race committee the following evidence so that you can be reviewed for potential exemption from the above requirements: personal experience related to outdoor sports endeavors/competitions in the last two years, relevant certificates, race results and other pertinent information.
The race registration and race-organizing committees will review your material and provide a response within 2 (seven) working days.

-Selection process: Through the use of voting, a participant seeking exemption from the aforementioned registration requirements must garner at least 3 (three) or more votes before they qualify.
 
 
III. Registration Process:
 
1) Registration Details:
(a) Registration Timeframe: 9AM May 9, 2016 to 12PM June 8, 2016 (China local time)
(b) Registration Method:
Visit the official website (
www.utms.com.cn), fill in and submit the registration form.
(c) If and after your entry is verified, you have 3 (three) working days to submit your electronic payment online. If payment is not received within this timeframe, this will be seen as you voluntarily forfeiting your registration spot.
 
2) Registration Fee:
(1) 60km Race participants from China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) 1080RMB per person.
*Foreign athletes: 150 EUR; 170USD or 1300HKD.
(2) 42km Race participants from China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) 880RMB;
*Foreign athletes: 120EUR, 140USD or 1100HKD.
(3) Race Fee includes:
·Race organization fees and permits
· Participant race bag with race clothing, race bib number, race manual, etc.
· Timing services and GPS tracking
·On-course supplies and aid station supplies
Excludes:
· Transportation costs to and from the 4 Sisters race location
· Accommodation and meal expenses during participants’ time in the 4 Sisters
 
(4) Specially invited athletes are exempted from registration fee when correspondingly notified by race director/committee.
 
(5) Candidates
Waiting list format: If at 9:00 on June 8, 2016, there are vacancies in the allotted participant caps, a limited registration for waiting list candidates will open. Applicable candidates can at that time visit the official website (www.utms.com.cn), fill in and submit the registration form. Participant bib transfer to another runner is not allowed at that time, nor can already-withdrawn participants re-register.  
(6) Race Participant Withdrawal/Refund Policy
After the registration fee is received, if a participant decides he or she cannot compete in the race and appropriately notifies the race committee, approved withdrawals will be refunded according to the following schedule:  
(a) before 12PM on July 8, a full refund will be given;
(b) before 12PM on August 8, 2016, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded;
(c) after 12PM on August 8, 2016, withdrawals and race bib transfers will no longer be accepted because of necessary logistics will already have been made.  If a participant registers and doesn’t show up to the race (and was not applicable to be considered for a refund due to a late request), the race committee will send his or her race packet to him/her after the race date via post.
  
 
IV. Participants’ health requirements:
 
Ultra trail running is a long-distance, high-intensity outdoor sport that involves a high risk of danger. All contestants must have a high level of physical conditioning with sufficient experience and training to ensure a good chance of safely completing either race. Participants need to be in good health and have a sufficient base and history in long distance running.  The Organizing Committee requires all participants to provide a 2nd-class medical examination report that has been carried out within the past year to verify there are no physical abnormalities like the following:
1, congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2, hypertension, and cerebrovascular disease;
3, myocarditis and other heart disease;
4, coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmia;
5, abnormally high or low blood sugar/diabetes;
6, pregnant women;
7, within the two weeks prior to race, athlete has suffered from cold or flu
8, examining doctor otherwise determines athlete isn’t suitable to compete
 
In addition, the organizing committee will provide on-course on-going health checks to determine whether or not a participant’ health is suitable for him or her to continue racing. Those that don’t meet requirements will not be allowed to continue during the race. (If there are any objections, please refer to “Race Regulations” Section X: Protests and Appeals)
 
 
 
V. Disclaimer
Each participant needs to carefully read and sign the following release waiver, thereby agreeing to all its stipulations.
 
2016 Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang(UTMS) Participants Waiver
 
1. I confirm that I am entering the 2016 Ultra Tour Mt. Siguniang Race (UTMS) of my own free will.
2. In consideration of my participation in the 2016 Ultra Tour Mt. Siguniang(UTMS) (the “Event”),I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risk.
3. I agree and accept that the Event organizer has the right to reject any entry, issue special invitations, cancel the race, expand or further limit the field, or adjust the entry procedures.
4. I understand the demanding physical nature of the Event. I declare, as a condition of entry to the Event, that I have sufficiently trained for this Event and that I am not aware of any illness, injury or any other physical disability, which may cause me injury or death while participating in the Event. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Event and I have already taken proper measures to safeguard against the potential risks of the Event.
5. In the event that I become aware of any medical condition or impairment, or am otherwise sick or injured prior to or during the Event, I will voluntarily withdraw from the Event.
6. I acknowledge and understand that whilst participating in the Event:
Ÿ I may be injured, physically or mentally, or may die from various causes including, but not limited to, over-exertion, dehydration, altitude sickness or related complications, cardiac arrest, accidents with other participants, spectators and road users or accidents caused by my own actions;
Ÿ My personal property may be lost or damaged;
Ÿ I may cause injury to other persons or damage their property;
Ÿ The conditions in which the Event is conducted may vary without warning;
Ÿ I may be in a remote or isolated location where access to medical support may be limited and take significant time to reach me. There may be no such facility or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport to a hospital/clinic if I am injured;
Ÿ I assume the risk and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in the Event
7. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, its directors, sponsors and partners, employees and contributors, and all other associations, sanctioning bodies, and all their respective agents, officials, servants, contractors, representatives, elected and appointed officials, successors, volunteers, contractors, public bodies, and landholders from and against any and all present and future claims, demands, right or cause of action, lawsuits, expenses, costs and proceedings of any nature whatsoever which may be made by me or anyone entitled to act on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property as a result of my entry or participation in the Event and notwithstanding that same may have been contributed to, or occasioned by, the negligence of any of the aforesaid.
8. I agree that if I am injured or require medical assistance the Event Organizers can at my cost arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation as deemed necessary by the Event Organizers. I agree that I am responsible for my own medical and ambulance insurance.
9. I confirm to participate in the event using accurate personal information:
Ÿ I confirm to enter the Event in my own name and will not illegally transfer my number bib to others for any purpose;
Ÿ I understand and agree to provide correct and valid ID/passport information to verify my personal details to the Event organizers and agree to take full responsibility of any consequences resulting from incorrect or invalid personal details;
10. I agree and accept that if an on-site licensed medical staff determine that I’m not fit to continue the race, I might be removed from participation in the race. I acknowledge and understand that the Event organizer will defer to the expert opinion of the licensed medical staff and will not undertake responsibility for such a decision.
11. I fully understand and accept all rules stipulated by the organizers and all related bodies:
Ÿ I have read, agree and accept the event rules and regulations;
Ÿ I agree to not damage, cover or alter my bib in any way before or during the Event;
Ÿ I confirm to enter the Event in my own name and will not transfer my number bib or timing device to others for any purpose;
Ÿ I agree to, acknowledge, and accept the free insurance provided by the Event organizer;
Ÿ I acknowledge that the Event Organizer may change the advertised course without notice if the Event Organizer deems this necessary;
Ÿ If the race is to be postponed due to unforeseeable reasons, notification of the rescheduled date will be provided on the Event’s official website;
Ÿ I acknowledge that the Event Organizer may cancel the Event due to weather conditions, safety considerations or terrorism or ‘acts of God’;
Ÿ I agree and accept that no refunds will be made once I’ve paid unless specifically granted;
12. I grant permission and assign all rights, title and interest to the Event organizer to utilize my personal information I have provided in the entry form, my image, name, voice, bio-data, photographs, video, multimedia or film likeness with my participation in the Event in any and all organization, marketing and promotion activities of the Event without payment or compensation including but not limited to in any form in broadcasts, newspapers, brochures, promotional material and other media. I grant the rights to the Event Organizer to authorize Event sponsors to use the aforementioned in any way they see fit.
13. I acknowledge that the Event would not be possible without the support and assistance of the Chinese authorities; any hostile confrontation between runners and local authorities would reflect negatively on the event and could result in the future cancellation of the marathon. Therefore, I fully respect and adhere to any order given by the local authorities.
14. By registering and participating in the Event, I accept that any dispute in relation to their participation in the event will be subject to Chinese law.
15. By signing this Entry Form, my legal adviser and I have already read and agree to accept all the above terms, conditions and points and will take full responsibility.
